On the last evening of October, fasıl in the stone hall. While the fire burns in the garden, meze plates come to the table; when the clarinet starts, the tables sing along.

How the Night Goes
- 01 Welcome We greet our guests while the fire burns in the garden.
- 02 Meze Table Olive oil dishes, meze and warm starters on the table.
- 03 Live Fasıl The fasıl ensemble plays in the stone hall; well-known songs, tables joining in.
- 04 Main Course & Dessert Oven-roasted lamb or grilled meat, followed by homemade desserts.
Tonight’s Menu
A set menu in four courses. Meze come to the table to share; you choose your main course and dessert on the night.
- Alcohol and drinks are not included in the menu.
- Open to hotel guests and visitors alike.
- Tables are arranged in order of booking.
