A long table by the fireplace on the last night of the year. At midnight we head out to the terrace; mulled wine and sucuk sandwiches go round while the musicians play.

How the Night Goes
- 01 Welcome A welcome by the fireplace in the lantern-lit courtyard.
- 02 Gala Dinner Meze, warm starters and slow-roasted lamb with chestnut pilaf.
- 03 New Year on the Terrace At midnight: mulled wine and sucuk sandwiches, with live music.
- 04 Late Night The night ends with meat or lentil soup.
Tonight’s Menu
A set menu in four courses. Meze come to the table to share; you choose your main course and dessert on the night.
- Alcohol and drinks are not included in the menu.
- The gala dinner is open to hotel guests and visitors alike.
- Tables are arranged in order of booking.
Wake Up Here on New Year’s Day
A stay package for two on the night of 31 December: your room, the gala dinner and a village breakfast spread on the morning of 1 January. The package is half board and valid for all room types.
